ABOUT THE POSITION

Jeenie®️ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of AI Business & Strategy to join our growing team. This head of Jeenie’s AI business will drive growth by leading initiatives focused on business generation, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution, specifically targeting companies specializing in AI or AI-powered products. This senior leader has a deep expertise in AI, data creation for fine-tuning AI and data monetization. They are very familiar with the AI competitive landscape, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the main AI market players, including how progressed their technology truly is and which ones are likely to be the best partners for Jeenie 

This leader’s AI market knowledge will drive Company innovation and build impactful strategic alliances that expand Jeenie’s market presence. Candidate should have specific experience in AI in healthcare, AI health agents, or health data to further enhance Jeenie’s mission and capabilities. They should have a good sense for compliance and legal implications of AI, in healthcare specifically but can extrapolate beyond to other industries. 

 

ABOUT SUCCESS IN THE POSITION
Some of the main initiatives you’ll be part of:

  • Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities aligned with Jeenie’s AI-driven caregiving and customer service offerings.  
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with data integration companies, real-world evidence providers, and AI-focused organizations.  
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, particularly those leveraging Jeenie's data creation and integration capabilities.  
  • Corporate Development: Lead M&A initiatives, including identifying targets, performing due diligence, and negotiating agreements to scale Jeenie’s capabilities
  • Data Monetization: Drive the creation, integration, and commercialization of new data products to support AI advancements and client needs.  
  • Landscape Analysis: Stay ahead of trends in the AI caregiving, note-taking, and customer service industries to inform Jeenie’s strategic direction.  
  • Deal Execution: Close high-value partnerships and deals, ensuring seamless integration into Jeenie's ecosystem.  
  • Client Experience Enhancement: Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experiences, particularly for inbound customer service operations.  
  • Analytics and Financial Acumen: Leverage spreadsheets and financial models to assess deals, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with Product & Engineering to suggest innovation to Jeenie’s platform and services to meet anticipated future market need. 

 

ABOUT YOU
Here’s what we believe our best applicants bring with them into the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in business development, corporate development, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on AI and data monetization.  
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in dynamic, fast-evolving industries.
  • Deep understanding of the AI caregiving and customer and patient service space, including emerging trends and technologies.
  • Background in healthcare, EMR integration and patient data.
  • Familiarity with data integration, real-world evidence companies, and data-driven product development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to execute at a senior level.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to navigate spreadsheets and assess business cases.
  • Direct experience in guiding organizations through industry changes and new opportunities.
